as a professional artist who has lived in several major cities and other less "major" locals i have had to deal with many, many print shops and my general impression of the lot has been rude service with employees who treat you like you're an idiot even though the only reason you're there is b/c you just don't have 100k for a high quality printer so of course going into a new printer i entered w/ trepidation... which turns out was completely unfounded!!! best print shop i've ever been to. i was only in for a minute to get a few pics for some drawings & paintings and only met one employee but my first impression of the print shop is that it beats the living *bleep* out of any print shop i've EVER been to! if you need any printing done... GO HERE! they're awesome.... (hopefully 1st impressions hold true)
