After Waiting over a year for our Vertical Baler which we paid for in FULL and given the run around first by our salesperson Brandon who later quite the company then by Peter the owner of the company we finally asked for a refund. Once we asked for a refund we were asked by Tammy the office manager if they could make payments *shocking*. We did finally receive the refund and later found out that our order was never even placed with the manufacturer. In the end we finally got Baler though another company and we are happy but I would never do work with Global Trash Solutions again, read though the reviews and the BBB and you will find many unhappy and given the run around.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOT PROFESSIONAL. They are not responsive. You leave messages for over three months, and they do not return your phone call. When you call them, they give you the runaround of where your items are and what the status of your repair is, but they never fix the issue and they never deliver your compactor bags. do not ever use this company. I am doing you the favor. Find another compactor company. I had to give one star, if not it would be zero.

We needed to have a compactor looked at on our Property that wasn't working, and every member of staff I worked with was quick and responsive to the work we needed. I was in touch with Brittany throughout most of my interaction with the company, and she always made sure I was in the loop with what was going on. They got me a quote for a new unit in the same day when I found out ours was too old to repair without doing some major retrofitting. I'll definitely use them again for any service needs.

I made a service call last Thursday, 11/19 late morning to repair our cardboard box bailer, and spoke to a Azzure. She send an email with rate disclosure for which I acknowleded. Azzuree said someone could be at our warehouse later that day or sometime Friday the latest. Well Thursday and Friday was a no show, no communications from them. I called back and complained, and Azzure said she was sorry, but we could get service on Saturday at overtime rates, or Monday before noon. Well to cut a long story short, I had to call their office again, and I spoke with both Azzure and her supervior, and I was then promissed that someone would be today by noon. AGAIN, NO SHOW, NO COMMUNICATIONS. In short, this company will not stay in business with such a terrible customer support department. I was really shocked to get this lack of service from a company with good reviews, maybe they are all fake. I would never ever consider using them to work on our equipment. Lastly, their service department should be fired, just one lie after another......
