We ordered a face mask and had a difficult time getting info and the masks it took months to get our order. When they came in they were awesome quality. We ordered more ASAP and getting info on our shipping has been difficult. Our sales guy Carlos did his best for us nice guy and did what he could. The second order was due first week of November and we will have it on the 18th. We really want to like this company and feel confident on orders but so far this is a challenge. Product is excellent sales guy is great service is questionable.

We had been working with a different company on a bulk order, and they went completely silent on us right before we placed the order. I was able to call Elite Promoing, and Gina came to the rescue. She was very organized, let me know upfront all the cost and rush fees. Their price was great! They also were in constant communication with me, letting me know about mock ups and stock option. We ended up not using them as we went with a completely different product , but I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to all!
