Hi Julie, I am the owner of Solo and I am very sorry you lost 2 nail extensions on your holidays. I have now found you in our system and can see it has been 6 weeks since you had them done, this post today is the first time I have heard of this complaint. It is very rare nail extensions drop off for no reason, if banged hard enough they will come off and this is to avoid damage of your natural nails. All my therapists are amazing at doing nail extensions and have been doing them for a long time with only amazing feedback so I am very sorry that you feel like you had a bad experience.

2 Nail extensions fell off 6 days after having them done at a cost of 45, told this was due to using sun cream on holiday!! Offered a 10% discount next time, 4.50!! First and last time I will be using Solo!
