Wow! Very unprofessional place and they have no idea what they are doing! I went for a trim and to get a touch up on my roots. Walked out with ugly, uneven hair, short hair! ALL I WANTED WAS A TRIM! THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID AND CAN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! FIND SOME PLACE ELSE, DON'T GO THERE. YOU WERE WARNED.

Had a very bad experience there getting my hair done,she had me there for 4 1/2 hours. She over processed my hair and now it's breaking off. I spoke to management and they wouldn't refund my money and did nothing to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
