The review you posted relates to a property management company that named their business the same as ours. We are a custom construction/remodeling company and our name was Midwest Property Pros until 1/1/2019 (when we changed it to Build It Brothers). Prior to changing our name, we were receiving a good amount of calls related to "rent issues" and "maintenance issues." We discovered a property management company, using the name Midwest Property Pros, was operating in the Cincinnati area. We issued a cease and desist order through our attorney and they changed their name to Midwest Real Estate Pros. I'm sorry you had an issue with that company, but I can assure you that was not us. We have never been in the business of property management. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Build it Brothers replaced the front porch of our home with a new one that far exceeded our expectations. Everyone we worked with from the design team to the different team members took care down to the tiniest details to finish everything like it was their own home. I appreciated the suggestions to change an item from the original design to something that made more sense once on the scene and knowing what the intended outcome was. We had some delays due to supply issues and Shaun stayed in touch to keep us up to date on what was going on. Ken observed a water run off problem that we had and worked to find a solution to correct it so we would not have issues down the road. It was nice to work with a team we felt had our back through the entire project. We have used them for several other smaller projects on our home and have been a very satisfied customer.
