They ripped a portion of a vest (the fastener), that was worn once and for my wedding, and now it's not usable. Literally hadn't had the chance to wear it more than once a few weeks ago. Didn't even tell my wife.

UPDATE: It took them three times to clean my jackets. I won't elaborate on the phone call I got from the Passive-agressive manager at that last time, who obviously thought I couldn't recognize a clean jacket, but I still remember it years later and haven't been back to this dry cleaner since. Perhaps they are better now, I don't know, but I go to other places now. I finally had time/remembered to update this as I mentioned in the original review below. --------------------------------- Original Review: (03/2019) This will be updated if they bother to actually clean my jackets. I don't know who has bothered giving them a 5-star review or whether those are fake or not. However I've had an absolutely horrendous experience with the store. I brought in 2 outwear jackets: one wool jacket and one polyester jacket. I have had to have them attempt to clean them THREE times so far. The first time they didn't even bother to clean them-I know because the wool jacket looked exactly the same as it did when I brought it to them with fuzz/debris from the department floor it fell on all over the back. And the second had, while in their hands, managed to accumulate a whole swath of short white dog hair--which I don't have any animal whatsoever. So I left them again with them to have them clean them When I came back for the second time they were noticeably cleaner, but not truly clean. My beautiful purple wool jacket somehow accumulated a thin layer of white hair/fuzz on all sides of it instead of just the small debris that was on the lower back of it initially. All the girl did when she saw that was to go get a little cleaning brick from the back and actually hand it to me expecting me to clean my own jacket. The polyester jacket had done slightly better but it still had debris of short hair and fuzz all over it from other people's clothes. So now I've left them for a third time, hopefully they'll actually do their job at this point. If they do (and my jackets aren't trashed) I'll update the star rating of this review... If they don't or destroy my jackets, corporate will know of this.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Staff is clueless and possibly delusional. Messed up a dress by taking too much off and before that, claimed to not know where the dress was for a few days. Never again . Dry cleaning could be good idktheir customer service and ability to take a simple alteration order is atrocious. Oh yeahthey also told me at one point I wasnt in their system and couldnt give me the dress back even if it was not altered. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Also I think half of their positive reviews are fakejust a hunch.
