Our flowers came in a day late because they had lost my order. I spoke with them over the phone and they apologized and promised to upgrade the order. I was fine with this as I understand that things happen and people make mistakes. However, when the flowers came in I was disappointed in the quality. Our upgraded order had only two extra flowers and was less decorated than my original order was advertised! I would not recommend their service and will be using another florist from now on.
Terrible web presence - wouldn't let me order flowers for my mom in Pearl River - so Pearl River Florist got the order instead since their website would ACTUALLY LET ME PLACE THE ORDER. Hire a couple of middle schoolers and rework your website - another sale lost.
Called to arrange a funeral arrangement @ 4pm to be delivered prior to the10am funeral, hoping that they could do on such short notice. After being put on hold for a few moments so that they could figure out their deliver route the next day, they informed me they could do it. I got a call from them about an 1 1/2 later and they informed me that they called the funeral parlor and learned that there was a viewing that nite and that they would deliver the flowers that evening. They also told me that they just got in some fresh flowers and would included them. I can't believe they went this extra mile for me. This is what customer service used to be like, it's nice to see that a few businesses still maintain this level of service. They have all my future business
