Hello Cristin sorry you where not impressed with your visit as we do extract the carpets when called for if not we use a less aggressive method using a dry cleaning agent as not all carpets need to be extracted! When I called I was told they extract...Judging by the results of my detail job they DON'T. I could have detailed my own car and saved $200 and it would have looked better! The point of getting something detailed is that they are SUPPOSED to pay attention to DETAILS! The only thing I was actually happy about paying for was the headlight cover they restored...that actually made it look new. Other than that I definitely won't be bringing my car back here, I felt like all they did was vaccum and wipe the cupholders out and wipe the dash down...wasn't impressed

My experience in working with detailing businesses is if you do not drive a high-end luxury vehicle then you are not given attention to detail or care... I have been consistently proven wrong by Tyrone with Luxury Lane. After purchasing a vehicle with neglected clear coat I wanted to have my paint finish detailed and protected from the Kansas weather. Tyrone went above and beyond in his explanation of products, application, and execution of detailing my vehicle. What I purchased from the lot and what Tyrone showed me was a completely different looking vehicle. I am very happy with his care of my vehicle (and moving forward all of my vehicles) and respect that all his customers are treated with extensive attention to detail and care.
