I use Jacksons regularly - all the staff are friendly, helpful and professional but, Abi who runs the women's section is extremely rude to other staff, shouting, swearing etc - a very uncomfortable and embarrassing experience.
Hello , we apologise for your bad experience. Here a Jacksons we make sure we provide a good service for everyone who come . But when a clients come via treatwell we have to receive confirmation . The reason the stylist couldnt do your hair is we had someone else booked in she mast have waited for them to arrive . Again we apologies we happy to offer you a %50 of no your next visit just to make up for this . You can also make complain for treatwell witch it wasnt out mistake.

I booked the appointment via Treatwell for haircut but the booking for some reason did not go through (even though payment for treatment went to pending items of my debit card). I tried to contact salon twice the morning before appointment but no one picked the phone up. When I went there and explained what happened I was told that they can't do anything and I must contact Treatwell . Fair enough, they did not receive either the booking or the money. But the hairstylist was free, no booking on booking page! So why not offer a haircut (she was there,I was there ) charge me for job and in case money from pending somehow finish on their business' account I can have a free haircut on my next visit. Instead she sat there, she did not earn any money, and here I am writing a negative review. Pity people can't use bit of initiative and imagination!
