Not good. Yesterday I barely got permission from my employer to be late to work so I could get my broken laptop taken care of. I got there before 9am and waited and waited for the shop to open but no one showed up. Finally a little after 9:30 I gave up and left. Very disappointed.

I took my gaming PC in because it was having startup issues. Luckily they claimed it was a simple fix and fixed it. But, the issues were with how they handled my PC. When I got home I saw that the body was missing multiple screws. Secondly I noticed some rattling inside so I opened it up only to see a part taped to the inside with blue tape and they never once even mentioned any of this to me or told me what that part even was and why it was taped. Very poor communication. On top of that they charged me extra from what they quoted. If you value your computer dont bring it here.

had my laptop fixed there in the past, i purchased a bigger battery for it also, paid my bill and off i went, since then when i opened the top to my laptop it made a ringing sound, didnt pay too much attention to it. well finally my screen doesnt want to light up so i decided to take it back in for some repair work. when i went in i was greeted by the guy who worked on it the last time and he smirked with a little laugh and said i remember that one said that they dont work on these laptops because theyre older and fragile, the website claims you guys are all about the customer service, i love my laptop and take good care of it. but to have this guy who worked on it previously smirk and say yall dont work on these make me feel that my previous visit was just to get some type of money from me. Had to add - The knowledge of your response claiming my laptop is 22 years old, well buddy im sure whoever read that comment and knows computers the vista wasnt available to the public till jan 30, 2007, so either you dont know computers or you dont know math, come on buddy which one is it? sometimes it pays to know what youre saying before you open your mouth. 06/02/2020- update- my lap top is still not 23 years old and i found someone to fix it. My REVIEW still stands.
