Had them do a rotate and balance on my girlfriend's 07 CR-V. The price was awesome, and their service time was done really well! Unfortunately when I went to install new rotors and brake pads on the car a few weeks later, I found out that they completely overtorqued the lug nuts. I had a 24" breaker bar and it BROKE trying to just loosen 1 lug nut. I had to use the one piece iron lug nut wrench that came with the car and add to it the 4 foot long handle from my floor jack for additional leverage to be able to break the lug nuts. Even then it still required a great deal of force. Luckily the threads were not cross threaded or stripped and I was able to torque all 20 lug nuts again correctly with my torque wrench. While I appreciate the price, the lack of refinement in torquing the lug nuts could have lead to bigger issues down the road.

Of course got flat tire on a Sunday.... These guys rock!!! Nail in tire near sidewall they offered newer tire for very good price... And fast was there 15min... Happy happy

Definitely give these guys a shot. I went to a big tire chain to see if they could repair a flat and unfortunately they couldn't due to the damage. They quoted me $227 for one tire - because they prefer to match tires up. Fair, but my suv is 2wd and I just needed to get back on the road for work. I don't need expensive Yokohama tires. I went to Gresham Premier tires and got quoted a very reasonable $115 with mount and balance of a brand new Landsail tire. I arrived the next day after getting confirmation it was in stock and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The staff is super friendly and absolutely the best prices in town. I honestly should have just come here first. I only go to the big chain for flat repair or rotation but that will change from now on!
