Called to get information about service needed for my car, I was told that they will call me back with the information! Never received a call back!!! Not Professional.
Ramya, Thank you so much for this feedback. I apologize that you did not receive the best experience possible. We do our best to make sure clients understand their services ahead of time and approve costs. It seems there was a miscommunication in this case. I would love to discuss your concerns so please give us a call back but to address some of your comments: In regards to the state inspection, there is a process when it fails and we do have to charge for the failure of a state inspection. However, when you return after the fixes have been made (whether with us or elsewhere), you just pay the remaining amount due, equivalent to if it had passed in the first place. Additionally, it is unlawful to prequalify a vehicle for an inspection. So we could not have looked over your vehicle to see what passes and what fails without actually completing the state inspection. Also, the diagnostic time for your power steering leaks was spent following a procedure to clean and confirm exactly where the power steering leaks were coming from - often times fluid can get in a lot of places leaving it difficult to determine the source of the leak. Our goal is to accurately diagnose a concern so that we are confident in the repair needs and do not replace items that are unnecessary. I apologize that this value was not understood prior to service for all the services received (including the state inspection, oil change, basic brake inspection and fluid leak diagnostics). I took my car for Oil Change, Power steering fluid replacement and State inspection. Technician noticed that the power steering fluid lines are leaking, despite of it they have conducted state inspection and charged me for that in addition to a diagnostic fee totaling ~270 dollars. The value I received is only Oil change. Everything else is diagnostics, had I taken it to Pep Boys or other auto services, they would have identified the leak for as simple as $$30. I really regret taking my car to this place.

I was only in town for a few days and they didn't have the product I needed. BUT they were very prompt in responding and even went so far to let me know why they don't carry it as a regularly in-stock item. Even though I can't comment on their actual quality of service, I have already recommended them as a helpful shop to those I know in the area. Thanks for all you do!

After being told it would take "a few days" to replace the fuel and brake lines, they kept it for three full weeks. So three weeks and $2400.00 later, I went to pick it up and found the battery was completely dead, all 4 tires were low and it wouldn't run right after I jumped it. Now I just found that they broke the PCV line in two places and used electrical tape to hold it together! Unprofessional hacks! If you value your car at all, take it someplace, anyplace else.
