Drove out of my way to come and pick up my items and the store is closed. The flashing sign says open, but the sign on the door says closed. I understand if there is one person working the need to close for lunch or something but in that case either update your hours of operation or give people a time other than just "Wednesday" so that time isn't wasted. I don't have my items yet as lord knows how long it will be before someone returns and I can't wait around. Hopefully my items come out satisfactorily when I do finally get to pick them up.

Ma'am we would appreciate you being honest in your review, instead of twisting the situation to suit your purposes. You were told that each layer would be $25 over the phone. You arrived and had measurements taken for a dress with multiple layers. Upon being told the total cost of the alterations, you ran out of the store with the measurements, without paying for any services! At no point were you threatened. We simply can not perform our services for free!

I called earlier in the day to ask about the cost of hemming for a formal dress. A man said it would be $25.00 per dress. After a 40 minute drive, I was told it would be $60.00. I reminded him our conversation on the phone. He said $25.00 per dress but I guess he meant per layer. For two layer dress that should have been $50.00 not 60.00! I told him that I changed my mind and began to leave. This is when he informed me that I owed him $20.00 for his time. Are you kidding me!!! Just for looking at the dress for two minutes!!! What a joke. Then he followed me out the door to the parking lot. I will never recommend or go to this place again!!! I felt very unsafe and threatened!!!

This place was amazing!!! I drove over an hour to go here and get a bridesmaid dress altered. I trusted no one else. The dress was too tight in the hips. Bought offline during Covid last minute from Hong Kong. This man made my dress fit with very little to work with! It looks amazing and I have a huge weight lifted off of me knowing this dress will fit perfectly on the wedding day. He was friendly and openly made suggestions for the dress and listened to me and my mother as well. Not a bad price either for all that had to be done. So thankful they knew what they were doing Ive had bad experiences with alteration places. Highly recommended!!!!!
