Did we do service for you? I'm sorry if I missed your call. If so must have been working with another customer. I am the owner and I answer the phone myself every chance I get. Gave them two stars only because they showed up in the two hour window (with 5 minutes to spare). Customer service was not good. When asked about certain things I was told what probably happened without them even checking with the actual technician himself as to why.

Emailed website the previous night for appointment to have non-working portable dishwasher checked out and was called the next morning to schedule the appointment. The repairman Jesse showed up a few hours after the initial contact was made with All Brand Appliance Repair and the problem was quickly found and corrected and Jesse even took preventative measures to make sure it would not happen again. Very reasonable charge. Would highly recommend !

I'm sorry that your repair didn't go as you had hoped. Occasionally when new flooring is installed after the dishwasher is in place we are unable to access parts of the dishwasher for service. I'm sure that was frustrating for you. I would have been happy to address this myself had you given me the opportunity to make it right.
