We have some good and bad experience with this companys service. The good thing was that the furniture and our goods arrived in a very good condition. The bad thing was that the agreed price increased by 50% as we were surprised to pay an additional price to a company in Slovenia, which we didnt authorized to service our delivery. Nobody from the company 1 Stop Pack n Ship Company told us about that. This was very disappointing and that's why we dont recommend the service of the company.

We shipped multiple items to Ms. Linda Lemmer that included 140 pieces of china, a 40 picture and glassware. You guys signed off on the file manifest which indicates that the items were in good condition upon arrival. It is also supported that the Insurance company denied her claim. Thank you for feedback.

We had them pack up and ship items from my fathers home in Springfield, VA to our home in CO. When unpacking discovered that an antique desk had been broken in several places including snapped off leg. Immediately reported. They asked questions to submit a claim and then told us we basically would get hardly anything for damage. We have repeatedly called and written, sent pictures and nothing. We even have extra time due to virus. When I finally called back after they then asked for insurance info all over again. Say theyll call us back, over and over and nothing. Now going to file complaint. We would definitely not recommend.
