WARNING WARNING WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner goes by the name Roy Khosrow Azima. I believe his real name is Ranskesh Khosrow an Iranian nationalists. I had a private sector contract. Keyword: "had" I lost the contract due to 1 Stop Pack N Ship overreach and incompetence. Roy is a LIAR and makes false accusations. The private sector asked that I gather the office equipment for a site. I hired Roy from 1 Stop Pack N Ship for the job. They picked the first load of packages from UPS and the second load from the freight dock. There was no communication from Roy or his staff of the packages being secured, therefore, I was unable to notify the sector. I called Roy numerous times and emailed requesting the cost to invoice the sector for my commission. He made accusations against me not realizing he emailed the wrong Frank and still being argumentative. All I wanted was the cost to invoice the sector. My contact at the sector became concerned their $70k equipment was in jeopardy. The sector took over and I lost the contract. The sector contacted me a few days later to inform me they are having the same issue, the lack of communication, misleading directions and refusing to provide the weight of the shipment. The private sector is now seeking civil action against 1 Stop Pack N Ship and myself. Due to Roy's negligence. I'm a virtual freight broker working remotely. Roy went to the private sector office asking for me and showing the staff confidential documents provided by the private sector. I informed Roy I don't work for that company. I was told he's a 60+ Middle Eastern man who drives trucks for a living being unprofessional. He's telling everyone the company is not real. This is a cyber security company with mini offices around the world and Roy is holding onto their office equipment. The sector stated Roy charged their credit card and has not released their packages. A police report was filed with the DC police department for theft by taking and credit card fraud. There are the threads from similar complaints on Google review and Better Business Bureau: Unprofessional Couldn't tell me the weight of the items He later took this furniture hostage Call police Refused to give us a receipt Verbally abusive and physically hostile THE JOB WAS SIMPLE. JUST DO THE JOB YOU WERE HIRED FOR: PICK UP PACKAGES, PALLETIZE AND SHIP PALLETS. (I dropped the ball. The sector vetted me and I didn't do my research on this guy.) The private sector informed me 1 Stop Pack N Ship is a front business. It's not a registered business. He's registered as AMERICAN COURIER EXPRESS, LLC
