I order the Parisot Setup Midi Gaming Desk I when I open up the desk the wood was chipped and when we put a screw in the wood chipped off it was of the desk I was wondering if I could get a replacement part I also need a new draw front as well I as the trying to push it back in and again the wood chipped off and when I have sent dozen messages about the desk replacement parts it 7 months since i ask for replacement parts I finally got parts sent to me after the a couple of months the replacement parts have broken again. I really disappointed as spent a lot money on the desk and I only have use months I'm really disappointed I. This purchase

Unfortunately due to disruption to international shipping it took longer than normal to arrive with us.

This is one of the worst companies Ive dealt with. Quoted 5 weeks for bunk beds to arrive, 10 weeks later and were still waiting with absolutely no idea whats going on. Have been in touch with the company several times, who worryingly also dont seem to have a clue, to make matters worse they dont seem bothered in the slightest that weve not received our product. Have been promised regular updates which have not materialised. All in all an absolute shambles of a company.

Bought the Fireman Engine bed for my sons birthday and cannot begin to thank everyone at Rainbow Wood for getting here as promised. Its a quality build and definitely worth the money. Fantastic customer service with a message from Geoff on the day of delivery to put my mind at rest. Would highly recommend!!
