What an absolute horrible experience. Maybe the worse online ordering experience I've ever had. They handle all promotional items for our company and I ordered a light gray 1/4 zip pullover that was described as lightweight fleece. I get a notification that the item was placed on backorder. I reply that it is fine, I'm happy to wait. After about 2 months it finally arrives and it is charcoal gray in front and solid black in back. It was like they put two different garments together to make one shirt. Not only that, it was not fleece but a lightweight polyester material similar to Dri-Fit. This was categorized as a "custom order" so I could not return it for refund, but they would allow an exchange. They sent me an RA and I returned it. I was notified that it was received and they'd get it turned around to me in about 15 days. That was on July 15. Today is Sept. 22nd!!!! When I followed up many weeks later they could not find the replacement order!! So they had to process that order again. By the time that finally shipped out a few weeks later, the office address from my original order back in May had changed. So it was delivered to an old address and returned to sender after I was told they had updated the carrier. At this point I required a refund and didn't care whether I got the product anymore or not. Just refund my money and let's move on. Well as of today, I was just told that the item had been set to reship to the updated address and since I'll be receiving my order, they can not process a refund and I don't have the option of returning the product for a refund because again it was a "custom order". UPDATE-as I was writing this I received a call from the owner of the company about this situation and they will be refunding the charges and stopping/rerouting the shipment. So it only took 4 months and countless emails to determine that a refund should be given. And of course I can't have the item that I originally wanted.
