Vinnie, We are sorry we did not meet and exceed your expectations. Our rooms were completely renovated in 2014 and we continue to update the property by adding amenities every year. We will be adding black-out shades and doing some concrete work in the winter. We can recommend other properties on Treasure Island that may suit your needs better for a future stay. Arthur C.

I'm a local and this motel has a great location. That's the best I can say. Rooms are dated; community balconies. Eateries nearby.

Hey Mark. The truth is somewhat different. We called the Police to assist us in evicting you at about 2:00pm. You called the front desk at about 10:30 am for "late" check out. And after many attempts to see what time you would be departing you ignored us and my employees. You damaged the room and we were unable to accommodate the next guest. You were trespassed and we will not be accommodating you in the future. By the way your female guest was very apologetic for your behavior.

Was really enjoying our time there, decided on Monday to go ahead and check out at 11am fell into one of those after breakfast naps and woke up to two police officers yelling for me to wake up and I couldn't swear to if but the manager slipping out of our room real quickly. We were late checking out, definitely our fault. Alsi the night before we had a few cigarettes in the room which the manager immediately pointed out. So I jumped up to star moving at which point the manager informed us there would be a no trespass order placed on us ac we are to vacate an never return. No big deal Monday is just getting started right? Anyway we were led to brief the room would have a view of the ocean. The room was a remodeled broom closet with a cute view over the back door entrance. Anyway if was clean and it was waycheap
