Recently moved to the area and was looking forward to my haircut here given all the positive reviews. All I can say is meh. Not the worst haircut Ive gotten but far from the best. The barber seemed almost nervous or tentative to actually cut my hair which was weird. Dont think Ill be back
Hi Sal, I would like to apologize for your negative experience with us. We made an honest mistake with your appointment by cancelling it Wednesday night when we perceived it to be a double booking after our long time customer also named Sal Esposito (what are the odds??) came in for his haircut. Double bookings are a somewhat common occurrence but our mistake was compounded by not having our experienced front desk on duty at the time. After you left I was notified of the incident and later discovered what had transpired. Unfortunately we only have one chance to make a first good impression and we definitely failed with you but in no way it is a reflection of how we run our business. I hope you would accept our apology and may be give us another chance to make it right.

The long time customer you mention happens to be my son who recommended the place since I just relocated to the area. Look, I have run many businesses and mistakes happen, I get that and understand it. Your front desk person obviously wasn't experienced and was totally confused. I am willing to give it a try next time around, just remember there are many Espositos around!
ANOTHER Outrageous Price Hike ??? Seriously, enough is enough. This place has gotten out of hand - just raising haircut prices yet another 25%, from $35 to $44, after already raising them last year. When asked about this, the owner defended the price hike, saying the barbers got a raise. Guess what: a raise is something paid for by the employer, not the customer ! I gave 40% tips, the $35 haircut Id leave $15 - $50 total. Now, after multiple price hikes I say . . you lost yourself a customer that had been coming for years. And I promise I wont be the only one. There are countless just as fine alternatives in town. Beat it !
