Very disappointed in the service. I left my vehicle to be checked the representative said he would let me know the following day turns out when I called the following day for an update the representative helping us is off apparently I asked to speak with someone else but the phone lady told someone would call me back they never did. They keep giving me the run around.

I bought a 2022 Lexus ES350 Luxury at Lexus Escondido on April 4, 2022. They tracked the availability on my request and informed me of the delivery date timely. They said they did the pre-delivery check for the integrity of the car. However, it was found the HomeLink garage door opener doesn't work. With the pre-agreement, the salesperson came with me and was setting the garage door opener but failed. The next day another technical person tried but failed. Even a handheld garage door opener doesn't work inside the car but works outside away from the new car. I have another 2013 Lexus ES350 next to the new one and it works well. I made an appointment for service on Apr 27. This was frustration. My excitement with a new car evaporated and worry about what other defects would pop up.
