Hi Andy, We are really disappointed to see you have awarded us only 1 star for your recent experience with Doncaster Audi. Phil who looked after you throughout your enquiry is really taken back by your feedback. When you came in to Doncaster Audi, Phil sat down with you to complete the license check, so we are not sure why you felt he ignored you. This was before you both walked to the vehicle he had prepared for you to test drive. Phil spent time with you going through the controls on the vehicle you test drove, before you went out in the vehicle. He took you through to the motorway, because you wanted to try the vehicle with some motorway driving. On returning from your test drive Phil sat with you and went through the options on the vehicle. He spent at least 45 minutes going through, helping you decide which of the variants was most suited to you. He configured a vehicle that you both felt was the best combination for your requirements. At the end of this visit, you wanted to experience other brands and Phil agreed to contact you after you had tried alternative vehicles. You rang on Monday evening at close of business advising you now wanted to try an RS product and wanted to try an RS5 we currently have available. This was arranged for a test drive today. First thing this morning Phil found out that vehicle was not available to test drive today, so he called you straight away. He asked if you minded him moving the test drive to Thursday, which Phil felt you were fine with this proposal. He recalls you asking for an appointment on Wednesday, but Phil explained he wanted to deal with you personally, because he felt he understood more about you and your requirements having spent over 1 hr 30 mins with you on your previous visit. Phil didn't pick up on any issue with this and would have referred you to another member of the team if you had objected. Phil has worked for Doncaster Audi for sometime now and he is one of our senior members of the team. The feedback we get is usually very positive, so this is very unusual. We are really sorry you feel you were not looked after well, if we had understood you were not happy with waiting until Thursday to test drive the vehicle, you could have come in on Wednesday. Phil was just trying to look after you personally. Arrived for a test drive last week, rather than being greeted by the sales person, he just walked straight out of the door to fetch the car and never bothered to introduce himself when he returned. Didnt really explain anything about the car, just read through the information on his computer. Booked a test drive with a different car last night, the car is now unavailable today and hes not working tomorrow so I need to come in at his convenience. Really poor service when looking to spend ~90k on a car. Fingers crossed Audi in York are better today!

New cam belt and water pump, you pay more than for a days labour than all parts combined. Full service, I asked if they could check the brakes to make sure they are in good condition. Didn't receive any call about the brakes. And didn't receive the health check or list of advisories. Have emailed last week and called still haven't received it. Last time going to York Audi
