#update Since moving to a new home I have tried 4 times to get my new ac service and they never contact me back . I believe its because I mentioned one of their Facebook promotions and thus they have little incentive to honor them. Over all decent service, but a bit over priced. They are prompt and have a broad selection of services but at a premium. Main reason why I pick a 3 is that they try scare tactics to get you to buy services like hard start kits.

Virtually every contractor across the nation has been struggling to obtain necessary parts and equipment this cooling season due to the devastating effects COVID-19 has had on the economy. Secondly, We understand how frustrating that it is to have to wait and deal with the elements. Being hot is absolutely no fun and we certainly feel for you. Lastly, it is absolutely NOT our intent to leave anyone in the dark. We do our absolute best to continuously update our customers on parts delays and to keep the line of communication open. We do record all of our contact efforts on your account. I show that our dispatch manager has reached out with updates on multiple occasions. None the less, your perception of your experience is all that matters to us. If we failed to reach out enough times and meet your expectation we apologize sincerely. We have had overwhelming demand this season and we do our best to service everyone and contact everyone in a timely manner. We first discovered Comfort Now when our AC went out in 2014. Dustin was a stand up guy and gained our trust immediately. The install was quit a process, but that team was amazing. Our unit ran into some issues and we called for maintenance. The person I chatted with online to make the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The tech Daniel that came out was professional and great. He gave us the run down of what needed to happen and delivered the bad news that we would be without air for at minimum a week because the part needed was coming from back East. Was troubling news, but we really dont have a choice. We have been trying to do our best to manage in triple degree weather and still keep our work schedules. We called yesterday for an update to see if there might be a better idea of when it will get fixed, were told that they would call us back. No return call came. We stopped into the companys office this morning and pretty much got the brush off. I regret that we paid for the parts and service up front, seems now they have the money, they arent interested in keeping us up to date on progress. If there isnt any news they can give at this time, then tell us. But leaving us hanging when we need to figure out a plan if we are going to be without air for another weekend or weeks, isnt very kind.

I have just scheduled installation of a complete HVAC system. Big Investment, and I felt that with such an investment it would be worth my time to review testimonials from other customers, length of time in business, services offered, etc. Again, this is a very big investment that I and my family will live with good or bad for many years. That being said one of the other factors that made me want to go with Comfort Now is that both Lowes and Home Depot use Comfort now. I thought that was important. The technician Tom Crase couldnt have been nicer while being Professional and completely respectful of my wishes. He didnt try to pressure me into a sale like some sales professionals do, he showed me pictures of my old system and explained what the procedure and cost would be for their company to repair. He actually drew pictures and explained how my system worked, which isnt made any more by the way and is very inefficient. I have had other companies look at my HVAC but none had ever explained in detail, in words I could understand everything that was happening to my system. Also, no company before Comfort Now certainly couldnt get the A/C to work at all. And in the middle of the beginning summer heat Tom actually got my roof in the heat and managed to get my old A/C to put out a little cold air, and this was before we even talked about what I needed in a system or even if I was going to go with their company! That was such a humane thing to do, and it impressed me with the thoughtfulness involved. Then the technician got back on our roof and took pictures and diagnosed what was wrong and the different ways to fix the problem. Then, Technician Tom Crase put together some packages after asking me for a idea of what I wanted to pay and what features I wanted. He again, was respectful, offered no pressure and explained everything in detail. Im very happy with the service and attention to detail that Ive experienced so far. I will update after the new system is installed and Ive had it a little while. But for now, Im very happy I chose Comfort Now. I added another review just a few minutes ago, but in short the installation and follow up was as painless as can be. After dealing with the issues of moving in winter into a home that proved to have no HVAC and then feeling the beginning of summer without A/C and knowing how hot this valley gets in the summer, the service from Comfort Now was such a great relief. Thank you Comfort now!

We made an appointment in May for a service call to get our A/C ready for summer. Day before they were due to come out (its middle-ish of May by now) they called and canceled because a technician was sick. Ok. Rescheduled for June now. Once again they called and canceled the appointment and now its going to be mid-June. Called another company and they came out in 2 days and it was DONE! Horrible customer service. We are pretty patient people but not for this. Unfortunately they have lost our business for GOOD. Never calling again and using our new A/C company for the future
