We only had email communication with your company. We did not want to send our vehicle overseas and was not comfortable to send a vehicle overseas with someone we have never met or spoke to on the phone. To much to risk. We apologize and wish you the best of luck.

A few weeks back, we signed an agreement on the purchase of an Acura NSX from Crush Automotive Group. After confirming our interest, the deal made good progress without issues, with the bizarre exception of our request for bank account details being answered with the photograph of the bottom of a check. Once the contract was signed, the money left our account, and shortly after, we were told in an unexpected email that Crush Automotive Group was not to close the deal, that they were unwilling sell the vehicle overseas a bizarre excuse we have never heard from any seller in our 10 years in the business. We were left in a situation where both Crush Automotive Group and us had a signed bill of sale, the payment had already left our account, and we were being told we will not get our car. We had to recall the funds from the bank on an urgent basis, so luckily we got our money back safe and sound. In a later verbal exchange, we learned that it was a question of money", and that this was something they were not willing to put in writing certainly, they knew the legal implications of violating a signed agreement. As Tomini Classics, we write this review to establish the utter unprofessionalism that we have experienced with Crush Automotive Group after closing a deal with them. When we sign something on paper, we honor it without hesitation; if there is a higher reason this cannot be done, we compensate accordingly and without immaterial excuses masquerading dishonest, illegal practices. We highly recommend against working with this dealership, and hope that our story serves as a cautionary tale for other car shoppers out there. Interesting how you bought the vehicle almost a year ago and just now voicing your complaint for the first time without ever reaching out to us first? When you bought the vehicle on 6/22/2019 approx eight days later I personally followed up with you. Received a quick reply that you love the vehicle and all is well. We have not heard from you till 23 hours ago via this review, again almost a year later. I have personally made multiple attempts to contact you once I read this review to see if there is anymore information I could find out and or help make this right. You have not returned my calls or text. With everything going on we work especially EXTRA hard to make sure our clients are happy. It's safe to say majority of our clients feel the same. The 2012 Range Rover 77k miles was checked out. I personally drove the vehicle for the fist couple weeks. I am again in shock to find this out over a review a year later. I just wish you would have reached out to us. I guarantee we would have made an attempt to make things right. We wish you the best. Unfortunately we had a really bad experience here and you wouldn't think that with the wonderful reviews. It all started when they had posted a 2012 Range Rover for sale. I got my loan through the bank and had brought a check from PNC. Skylar was skeptical and wanted to cash it first and we were okay with that because he was going to get the scratch out of the side and detail it. We go back to get the Range Rover and the scratch was still there and you could tell it hadn't been detailed. He said that he had a lot of cars in the garage and couldn't get it pulled in. At that point I was a bit frustrated but it gets worse. We go over to the Land Rover dealership in St. Matthews just to get a check up maybe a little less than a month after I had purchased it. Well, I never expected it but the oil had metal shavings and they suggested a new motor and that's about 20k. I owned and sold a Range Rover very quickly. Maybe it's bad luck but I thought I'd share.
Had an great experience. He is really passionate about what he does and it shows on all levels. Very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to answer all my questions about the car and my options to buy.

As I explained was potentially exposed to Covid so I was awaiting results and yes I should have called you. You came to look at our 2009 BMW 1 series. Test drove it and ready to buy. You had originally mentioned financing with your own bank which I gave you all the information for. You left and came back in stating you would write a personal check in full for it. My company policy is to verify personal checks before taking possession.I am truly sorry this offended you. I have offered additional money off the vehicle that is already priced best in market. Offered a 50 dollar gift card for your time as well. Again, we are sorry for your experience.
