I went in for a haircut today, just get it cleaned up because I let it go too long. I showed him pictures of what it looked like previously, it should have just been a trim to take off some excess. And instead he ended up chopping off at least 4 inches. And what's left is uneven. If I wanted a fast cheap haircut, I could have gone to Supercuts and saved myself some money. This is going to take at least 6 months to get back to where it was. I feel like I'm back in the military. It was long and smooth before. Now. It is super short, and for some entirely unknown reason he went nuts with the texturing shears. This is one of the worst haircuts I have received.

While there are some absolute gems that will do fantastic here, I've been walking out of here with cuts that are far too short and I've expressed I've had my hair cut wrong every single time now and that I am clear on what specific cut I'm looking for and it has never once come out right even with pictures. I am so tired of walking out with hair cuts that make me feel horrible from here. The people I used to see are gone and I've seen someone different each time now trying to find someone to do it right and it's a bit upsetting that with my past visits it has never been right once since then and every single time it is too short and flat despite being absolutely clear on what I'm looking for and stressing what I'm looking for. If you're looking for color done right this is absolutely the place to get it done but cuts I don't think I can reccomend anymore unless it's a touch up but even then my touch ups have been huge changes that I didn't ask for. The people are so extremely nice and I enjoy talking to them, the people are absolutely not the problem however the cuts are, they try and they're wonderful honestly I'm just upset with the results each time recently. If you're someone who is extremely picky about how you look like I am then I would not recommend getting cuts here unless you are coming for color. I'm sad to make this negative review but I'm pretty upset that this has been my experience for the past year now hoping that I can find the right cut again from this location.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, & a great cut! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Edit: Josh cuts my hair & only him at the Burnett location. Been to the 183 & Rock Rose locations as well & they're both equally fantastic Update 6/24/2022: fantastic atmosphere & music at a level you can still carry on soft conversations. The barbers & staff are incredibly friendly & a joy to be around. They do have beer for those old enough as well as some games to the kids, or the kid in you. Still my favorite place to get a cut.

Comfortable waiting area with a complimentary beverage. All the staff and stylists are consistently friendly and do a great job. The step-kids love going to get their cut here as well.

Told them to take off half an inch, next thing I knew almost all of my hair was gone. Never come here if you're looking for a good haircut.
