Loved the breathing techniques, however they changed the location 4 times and took the course in a place with minimum space... We never got the free trial (40 days) for the app... not sure this is what you expect after expending almost 400 dlls for 3 hours/3 days. I am not sure it was what I expected.

BE CAREFUL. I went to a session on meditation and it was a scam! (A business advertisement) In such a beautiful building and while practicing such a sacred art such as meditation, we were taken advantage of. After the 45 minutes session there were cards to write your credit card information handed to us! Then I was personally swarmed by employees of the program trying to get me to sign up. It was all overwhelming and very unprofessional. SHOCKING! {It was the one advertised as "Free meditation, but it was an advertisement for a program called Happiness program"}. I said I will think about it, but they followed me to the door. I will NOT go back there for that! There are other places in the city with meditation that has "no strings attached".

Free Meditation offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:00 and on Saturdays at 16:00. Mats, blankets or chairs are provided to help you comfortably meditate. The instructors are volunteers and they radiate love for this practice. This is a true gift! The space is warm and welcoming - as are the people that work there.
