Im so sorry and fill its so unfair for you to leave us a 3-Star. We are a locally owned very honest contractor and help people in need at the time of there service needs. Your main breaker was bad and we was able to locate a new main breaker vrs upgrading your entire panel and had your power back on with in a few hours. We also allowed you to make payments for a period of 7-months. This is so unfair to us again and Im sorry we didnt estimate power for a outbuilding if you tell employees there employees it never made it back to the office and you spoke to the office several times about your payment plan and never once mentioned needing a quote. 3-Star very unfair helped when in need charge a very honest rate and we took payments for this customer. Update. I will continue to leave this review. Every single company needs to have both good and bad reviews for both transparency to the customer and an attempt to only better the company. A company that has only 5 stars should be taken with caution as reviews can be manipulated. The invoice didn't come in for seven months. Open balance reports need to be done every month to find whose not paid. Now could I have called? Absolutely. Did I call? No I didn't. Payments were not 7mos yet payments were made in two payments in the course of two weeks. The electrician was in around two hours. Most of that is a drive to town to get a new outdoor breaker which is "estimated" $100 at lowes with "estimated" $90/ hr labor ? At the most maybe $280-300. But $500 seemed a little excessive. "Only" the breaker was changed. The actual panel was never in question. They were fast that's a positive however, $500 seemed a little excessive. Was needing a quote on a small building. Was supposed to receive it when invoice came in. Overall I would recommend which is a positive however, for transparency I'll leave the lower rating for time being.

JD runs a top notch business. Jake and the other guys Ive met are excellent workers and extremely conscientious. I taught very demanding high school classes and my wife is an extremely successful engineer and they get our 5 star approval. You will not encounter another contractor that does a better job.

They rewired our log cabin and did an excellent job. Mr. J.D. Brown showed up exactly when he said and his men worked quickly and with the highest quality I've seen. Their work passed the electrical inspection with high marks. It was a real pleasure doing business with a contractor who not only showed up when promised, but also provided such high quality workmanship.
