Be caureful how many items you take to get your logos done. I took over 10 items to them when I picked them up a shirt was missing. I spoke with the owner and with the confidence we had with her she said she would get us the same shirt with the logo. After 2 months she said she was still working on it. We took her more jacket and shirts to get embroidery done and she still did not have the missing shirt. When we picked up the 2nd batch of clothing she finally gave us the missing shirt. I was very upset when I saw that she got me a super low quality shirt, but it was even more disappointing that she gave us a short sleeve over a long sleeve. I called her to let her know that I did not like the shirt and did not want to keep it. She obviously hesitated to give me another one, upon this I proposed to her if she would do the logo free on two shirts, she said yes but she wanted her ugly see thru shirt back. We had a deal, today when I came to pick up the two shirts she charged me for the two logos. I would not recommend them at all to no one, citlali is a very ambitious person, she thinks she can fix things with a Sorry Avoid any headaches and bad times, find yourself some one else. I personally think she has someone else do the work and she is the middle person
