Terrible experience. First time at a hairdressers as a 19 year old and had a terrible time. First off when she was washing my hair she got water all down the back of my clothes and was pulling my hair so hard. Second I showed her the photos and she seemed unsure so I asked if she could do it and she agreed but it would be a tiny be different. A tiny bit she said. She snipped my skin with the scissors and At the end she went for something that I didnt ask for at all. I have short hair that was getting too long. I wanted short at the sides but long on the top so I could style it and make it look fluffy. Now being someone who doesnt know a lot about hair I thought she knew what she was doing. She gave me a granny-style haircut and it wasnt even! also styled it so bad I was in shock. She asked if I liked it and I said yes because its too late now, right? Also I found out that shes the manager?? I was very disappointed and it ruined my day, honestly. Will not be going again.
