Edit 8/2022: Originally, I posted a very positive review of the company. However, issues arose with the system and they never honored their end of the contract to investigate and fix the problems. I contacted them three times regarding the issue and it was ignored. They sent out a tech once who claimed "that's just how it works" and they charged me for this visit. The second time I got a manager on the phone who walked me through setting changes which did nothing. The third time I had a tech at my house for maintenance, I presented him 10+ pictures of errors generated by the unit. Again, I was told that's how it works. I called the manufacturer and they suggested I get someone else to look at it, I did, and I paid for another company to fix New Age's mistake. Now its barely over a year and their ducting reducer (why this was installed was questioned by the 3rd party contractor) is already falling off. I detailed all of this information in a letter I sent to the owners, which was ignored. Very disappointing.
Our whole house air conditioning stopped blowing cold air a couple weeks ago, right before we had one of the hottest weekends this year. We had received a flyer from New Age Air for a $89 tune up, so I gave them a call, hoping it was just the thermostat. It wasn't. After 19 years, the AC system was DOA. The technician did an initial assessment, and arranged for a project manager to come out and do a next level assessment. Sam and Matt arrived, did a thorough review of the HVAC and recommended a way forward. We had already done our homework, so we felt their proposal was fair. They estimated that the installation would take place within two weeks, but in the interim, they were kind enough to bring us a portable AC to weather the unseasonal heatwave. On installation day, the techs arrived on time, were knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Within a couple of hours, cool air was back. My thanks to Matt, Kyle and Kevin for doing a great job and providing us with outstanding customer service.
I ask for estimate to Repair and guy came an give mi it and call me and wait in car 30 minutes and charge me for it $150 because I didnt answer him I just ask for diagnostic and estimate and they charge me $179 for it too Im working and cant talk with phone during my work I not accept it how they charge for waiting when Im not availability and didnt ask
