Hello Bree, I am sorry to that you had this type of experience with our team. I did look into your application. We did not process your application until the 15th of April because the property was in waitlisted status which means we will still getting the property ready for move in. It looks like you did not go view the property until 4/16. It also looks like that we did not have a complete application, you stated your income but did not provide recent paycheck stubs or statements so that we could verify your income. We also were not able to reach your previous landlord to verify rental history. I did verify that we did pull your credit and background and you are welcome to request a copy. Dont wasted your money on a application with them. They will not contact you back.. I wish I could give this company 0 stars but I cant. I guess the 1 star is for how friendly the lady answering the phones is. I came across this rental company a little over a month ago, because I found a home I was interested in. I viewed the home and put in a application over 4 weeks ago. It took them 2 weeks to pull the money from my account for the application fee. With in that 2 weeks I called 1 time to check my application status. Once the money came out of my account I was thinking there would be progress. I waited 3 days after that to call again and they told me they are still going over my application. So I waited another 3 or 4 days and called again to ask about my status. I got the same response. I called one last time on 4/27/21 and they told me they are still going over my application and that they would contact me by Friday with a decision. No one contacted me so I have given up. They just took my money for a background and credit check they probably didnt even pull.. very frustrating for them wasting my time and just taking money from me. Its may 1st and I put my application in April 4th.

Hello Steven, We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with LREI. We have been trying to reach out to discuss your concerns since they were expressed last week. We needed the size of your air filter to get you enrolled in the filter program, we try to have this in our move in inspections, however you were already residing at the property when we took over management. We do apologize for that oversight on our end, and are willing to offer a partial credit to your account. The $10 a month does not just cover the cost of the filters it is an entire Resident Benefit Package that we offer to our residents. This allows you to have a resident portal that where you have the ability for you to make online payments at no cost to you, submit maintenance request, and received various announcements regarding the property, access to 24 hour emergency after hours maintenance, discounted renter's insurance, and a mobile app. There are some things as a Management Company that are outside of our control. We have not received approval for the parking lot repairs or the window replacement. We have reached out to the owner of the property concerning both items. Please understand that the past two years have been difficult time for everyone. I did check the billing from the landscaping company and they were scheduled weekly, and billed weekly. They may have been delayed periodically due to weather. We have reviewed your maintenance request regarding your sliding door, front door, and leaking toilet. All of which were addressed, it is pretty standard to utilize spray Kilz in lieu of repainting an entire ceiling if the plumbing issue was resolved. As far as the issues with the doors, the continuing issue was not reported to us until almost a year later, and the other door was a broken handle; both issues were addressed back in July with no feedback until now. If there is still an issue we are happy to get that on the schedule for repair. We will also get your filter size at that time since you are not able to provide that information. We appreciate your continued patience and welcome your feedback.

This Property Management Company is quite possibly the worst I have ever had to deal with. They took over the building where I live in 2019, when they contacted me to resign a lease in february/March 2020 they raised the rent 30$ when I asked why they said they raise rent 3% yearly to cover cost of living and maintenence costs. That's fine only problem is they have done nothing to improve the building or grounds, absolutely nothing. They don't trim the hedges, the lawn service maybe comes twice a month. They say pest. Introduce is coming, never show up. Again I resigned with them this year. They made all of us pay 10$ extra a month for filter changing and other maintenance. I have been paying the extra for 9 months now and I still have not seen the first filter. I put in "tickets 5 times about the filters and finally.got a reply asking the size of the filter. Told them and still have not seen the 1st filter They came to fix a few issues I had with both my doors,, they literally 1/2 way fixed them and left them worse than they were.. Was promised new windows and a new lot for our parking for two years now,, still nothing has been fixed.. Had a upstairs toilet leak,, they came and resealed the toilet, then to fix the spots on the ceiling from said leak, they spray painted the spots. Absolutely horrible customer service. And not good at keeping promises made. I wouldn't recommend renting from them to my worst enemy. And the 3% raise in rent was actually almost 4-5% nothing.but lies and broken promises.
