The worst customer service ever. Waited almost one month for a plain white shirt. Was totally ignored and passed around by the manager. Saving grace was a customer service rep Natalie - thanks for your compassion
Good afternoon, first of all I want to apologized for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Our embroidery protocols because of our vendor and also the number of departments we deal with is 4-8 weeks on any embroidery done. You should have been notified of the wait time on that. I know in your case they did do a rush order on it and was informed that you will received the jacket on a certain time for pick up and looks like there was some mis communication on our end. I want to personally say to you I am sorry for the back and forth you may have dealt with and I want to make it right with you. Customer service is a big deal with us and want to make sure that situataion like yours never happens again. Thank you for your feed back on this and I want to personally talk to you on how we can fix it and make it right with you. If you don't mind you can call the store @305-416-0000 and speak to me Ace. We all make mistakes but what matters is how we deal with it and make sure this doesn't happen again to anyone with your help.

Wow, where do I start? Horrible customer service. I ordered a Jacket that I was told would be ready in 2-3 weeks. After the 3 weeks of waiting I figured maybe they needed more time with it, I was sure they would update me soon on when I can pick up my jacket. (Mind you, it was a plain black jacket with very little stitching). After a month of waiting, I decided to call them just to see if maybe they forgot to give me a call or an update on the jacket. When I called they sent to the uniform department telling me they didnt know anything as of yet on the jacket and they will call me as soon as they received it. Okay, no problem. I decided to remain patient, maybe they were just a little backed up on orders. Wrong. I waited 3 long months hoping theyd call me for my jacket. Everytime I would call they would have an attitude and tell me it wasnt their problem it was the embroiders that were taking so long. (I believe they work with the stingray). I asked them if they would be willing to refund me because at this point it was very unprofessional and I didnt feel like I was receiving the service I deserved. I asked to speak with the manager, who was very rude and couldnt provide any answers. She said she would give me a call back when she have any more information on the jacket and proceeded to hang up in my face. She then called back within 30 mins to let me know that she put in for a rush for the jacket and she will no longer provide this service to customers anymore because customers arent willing to wait on the embroidery company. (Even though I waited 3 months). She said the jacket would be here the next day and I can come pick it up at 9 am sharp when the store opens. The next day I called asking if Im able to come get the jacket, and she said its still not here Im going to have to wait. I gave up at that point, I just knew I would never shop this store again. 3 days later when I was finally able to pick up the jacket, the manager was very rude to me reminding me she will not provide this service anymore because customers arent willing to wait and the employees seemed as if they didnt care to help. Please, if youre looking to get uniform or equipment here, shop somewhere else! This was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and the manager is TERRIBLE and has no sympathy!
Can't say anything about the guns because I wanted just buy some gloves, pants and eventually other clothes. Customer service was ok, fast but not outstanding. Shop is quite far away from the center of the city and the selection of different products is rather small or non existing. E.g. backpacks. Prices are normal, I think.
