So I have been coming in now for about three months as a walk in, really good experience for the most part however Im not coming back. I come in every time for a high and tight its always $20, I always tip $10. Now did I come in 30 minutes to close? yes, did I call ahead to make sure it was ok to come this late? yes. So was my haircut completely botched, yes. Am I mad about it? no. Was it a easy fix with a pair of clippers when I got home? yes. What Im upset about is that I was charged 28 on my way out. Me its always $20 Him a fade is 28 Me I ask for high and tight Everyone but the barber has left the shop. The price of a fade is $25 not $28 If I can recognize your face, you can recognize my face. Not including anyones name but my own, treat your customers better. Heres the botched fade

HUGO cut my hair. Didnt blend my hair at all. It looked choppy like a squirrel ate it. Didnt trim most of the top like he should. Maybe its because he was very nervous about how he messed up lining up the back and went too high. He went back to fixing it 4 times !!!! Thats right. He went back again and again as of u wouldnt notice. Very disappointed with the NY name. Hopes Id be getting a NY style haircut. This was the worst one Ive had in Florida since. So after I got home. I had to touch up my haircut. Needed lots of work. So I went to another barber shop and he cleaned me up. Smart man did it for free. U can bet, Ill be going there for my a next one. I get it mistakes happen. Own it. Dont try to make it as if its fine. He ducked up badly

I have been coming here for almost 10 years and was very satisfied but recently prices were raised to $25 for a haircut, a 25% increase. Since this shop doesn't offer any discounts to seniors and I am on a fixed budget I will no longer patronize this establishment. Owner should not have raised the cost so much, they will lose a lot of business due to this.
