Worked in IT all my life, this is the 5th hosting company I have had with my company and up till now its pretty faultless, we currently have 2 Dedicated servers with OVH in the UK and am considering more servers with OVH as we continue to grow / expand. I had reservations about this company due to the huge amount of negative reviews in last year but believe a lot of these reviiews are related to a well documented 'fire' in March 2021 that took down a lot of servers at their French Datacentre LIkes Their Superfast Servers Reliablity / Uptime Great admin panel Quick Turnaround from purchasing server to deployment Value for money Configuration Options (server locations all around the world) Payment options (reductions for paying yearly in advance) Very powerful servers that seem to be much cheaper than alternative companies Online chat function Quick response to support tickets (only had a few reasons to contact them above domain DNS settings and they fixed these quickly) Dislikes Support - I would state that they provide Standard support which operates on a ticket system that is only avaiable monday to friday 8-6pm so unless you upgrade it (up to the ridiculous Enterprise Level which is, wait for it ...... 4400 excluding vat per month you will need your own server support team which is what we have Business Support level is 24/7 and is 'only' 191 plus vat per month but really I consider this to be a standard that should be included in all server support agreements.
Always good service - relatively slow on support but generally useful (not some bs half read response with a copy and paste comment). Good value for money, HOWEVER I've noticed now they don't offer a free plesk license for vps.. Which is going to bump the already increased prices.

Very bad support services. I believe they do not have any support staff in Australia. My VPS server with them has been down and every time I lodged a support ticket and there is no prompt replies. Then I called, they replied by email with same instructions again and again and no one provided specific solutions. I have to keep calling them and ask them to urgently resolve the issue but again they just reported to their product specialist to investigate. For 3 days, our server has been down and website is offline and it is very frustrating....
