Please heed the reviews of repeat clients who have decided to leave Valley Eye Care. This is the second awful interaction I have had with this location and both times with a Belinda and in less than a week. Belinda will not help whatsoever, no room for understanding. This second interaction I wanted a copy of eye prescription via email but she said no, and last year I received it from Valley Eye and to the email they have on file. Even my old eye doc would send it via email. Due to her - and other girl I believe by the name Joanna- I will no longer give my money to this business extremely sad that over the unwillingness of an employee Valley Eye Care is ok with losing patients. And apparently shes at the top of the chain of command. *Dr Lyndsey Clyde is great, will be missing her services but better off elsewhere with great support staff. Ps, the first interaction was over eye contact price match, she couldnt do the price match I found when in the past it was honored. Their policy should be to notify of their limit on price matching. Once satisfied repeat customer, no longer a customer. Beware of Belinda.

Been going here biannually and last visit, Dr. Told me I had beginning stages of Glaucoma and to keep coming for yearly check up and they will give me meds for it, if it gets worse. I thought this is strange, especially since none of my family has Glaucoma. Got a second opinion from a reputable Ophthalmologic Surgeon he said that's wrong, perfectly fine, no Glaucoma at all. So this leaves me to believe that Valley Eye is in the habit of scaring people for routine or yearly visits. Seeing how I only go in biannually. So so wrong, stay away from Valley Eye. I will never come back here again.
