Olivier came over to help with some repairs as a result of hurricane damage (#2020). He did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to make sure that the repairs were done right. One was soffit damage - a hole and crack which he patched and repaired, and another was fence damage. He had to replace a section of the fence that we learned was rotting in addition to storm damage. Highly recommend his work and appreciated his positive attitude!

I had two jobs for Olivier and his team, cleaning my gutters and replacing 110' of fencing blown down by Hurricane Ida. 225 Home Maintenance is professional all the way, I checked licensing and insurance and all was legit. Olivier Dion came out to do the estimate and answered my many questions about choices of materials and pricing. Olivier and his workers show up when they say they will. Olivier is excellent about communicating and responding. We had delays due to inspections and acquiring materials (COVID and post-hurricane); no fault of the contractor. Olivier kept me up to date on the changes in timeline and I appreciated it. The finished work is excellent and I will not hesitate to hire 225 Home Maintenance and recommend this company.
