Hi Jimmy. Sorry it didnt work out. It was probably the worse experience we had and we were warned. I do apologize that it didn't work out but then again everyone told us it was a mistake managing these properties. I am happy you can find someone that can work with you and your mom who is never in the country.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! My mother is the property owner, a woman who is 72, purchased a secondary home in hopes to leave for grandchildren property and small wealth. Shes had 2 tenants who lived for free for a total of 2.5 years. So she has had a uniquely terrible experience handling her properties and my brother found this company. He set my mother up with these people,, we were assigned a Dion Chand. He barely got passed three months because the tenants had attitude and were being diffcult. I wouldve thought he worked in NYC, because there are tons of tenants with attitude. We communicated with the tenants to try to fix the problem, they would say one thing but when Dion came around they behaved different and gave him a hard time. My mother at 72 need to travel to her country and couldnt speak to Dion a few times and this upset him. Dion proceed to reach out to my sister in law and brother, saying we were being impossible. This lead to a huge fight because we were accused of purposely trying to sabotage or impede the property manager. When in reality my mother was looking forward to have Dion handle the property, because she is handling construction issues at that property. He eventually quit and severed ties, but there was still rent meant to be distributed to my mother. After 2.5 months of silence, my mother asked me to reach out and ask about it, along with itemized list of cost incurred during his coverage. I emailed him simply asking exactly what my mother requested, he replied with 3 emails and was giving me all kinds of attitude, when all I did was ask about the funds. When I responded simply pointing out that it took 5 seconds to inform us about the funds, instead of ignoring us. AGAIN, he responded with 3 emails complaining, saying he shouldnt cover fees, when I never even mentioned fees. My mother was prepared to pay the fees, because he provided a service. The Sad part is that even if we parted ways, the current situation couldve been resolved if he simply communicated. During the communication he mentioned that he thinks my mother lives in a hotel, as a point that he didnt know where to send a certified check. When he knew that my mother used one of the properties he managed as her mailing address because she has own that property for 35 years and lived there for about 25 years. The current tenants are her brother and nephew, along with a family friend and a tenant shes had for 15 years. He knew her mailing address was that property and either way all he need to do was simply communicate with her and find out where she wants to sent. I think its extremely unprofessional for Dion to bring up my 72 year old mothers living condition, btw she lives in Corona Queens for the past 4 year. I have the screen shots of the email I can post or share if anyone asks. Also Dion Chand happens to be the CEO, if the head of the company behaves like this I shudder at the thought of the rest of his company. Sidebar: Im surprised he is a property manager in NYC, because impossibility and attitude are a common daily attributes in NYC tenants. My Mother and I, still wish him and his company prosperity and health. But we cannot recommend or hire him again. Good luck to any. Future clients!!!! As of this date 7/23/2020, still waiting on settling this issue and getting the funds released, closing the joint account and getting the list of itemized cost incurred during his tenure as property manager. Add liar you the list of terrible service? Everyone suggest you not work with my 72 yr old mother. We found you on the Internet. You dont know us or anyone around us, because again the first time we met was after contact you from an Internet ad. Also isnt the point of having a property manager is so that the owner can travel and do as they please while they pay for someone to manage the property. Which you failed to do. Please be honest and stop lying. BTW, this gentleman responded faster to this review, than to the multiple calls, voicemails and emails. Resorting to lies and bashes proves your failure.
