Called in, had a 40 minute conversation about my business and my needs. After only a few clarifying questions about my business needs, the phone call quickly became an inquiry about how much I could afford- with roundabout questions about my profits etc and a lengthy discussion of how many employees they had and how much money it costs to do their marketing, quoting me over $6K/month without any ad spend. Completely ridiculous, only a millionaire could afford- and to top it off, the conversation was a waste of time for me since clearly I couldn't afford their services enough to even receive a detailed quote and marketing assessment through email. Not a professional company, didn't treat me nearly as well as I treat every inquiry I have- with great information and a clean slate and fresh approach. Judging from these reviews, I would say half of them are paid for from the 1 or 2 reviewers, which seems to be a thing with FL businesses. With my experience, I wonder how well they do for their clients without even receiving any info of case examples or anything. Don't waste your hard earned money here, they're like every other scammy marketing agency.

Ben that's unfortunate you are disappointed, based on your results I see you ranked 5 out the 6 Keywords. Catapult is a ranking service not a sales service but we sure hope that it has helped with an increase in sales over time.

I was very disappointed with their ranking service. I lost over $20,000 on their service and not once did they offer ANY type of refund. To add insult to injury, I'm still paying back the loan I took out for their service and it's been close to a year later. [UPDADED] In response to your comment: Please show me proof that you ranked 5 out of 6 keywords to the top of page 1. That was the "sales pitch". I was told the ranking would get me to the top position of page 1 and that never happened for any keywords.... Unless you have screenshots to prove? If you can show me pictures, i'll rescind this review.
