Signed up for Chicago and received an email saying Chicago wasn't ready to launch but I would get a shirt for free. Well I got a shirt and it wasn't free cost me the promo code pric e and now I see I paid full price for Chicago shirt. Accounting dept is terrible. If they would answer phone I be able to air frustration but they don't so this is the review they get now.

It looks like you have received a total of 2 boxes from us- on both occasions, you received a reminder about the monthly event in the shipping notification that was sent out a week ago. We sent another reminder this week as a courtesy to our members. In addition, you also receive a Tap it Event invite in the box itself with all the details of the event. We are also sure to promote the events on all forms of social media, in case you didn't receive the emails and/or didn't open the box. While we agree there is always room for improvement in communication, we would have to disagree that we somehow "lied" to you about this free event. Cheers!

I talked to someone from shirts on tap at the Edgewater Farmers market and was talking about the whole thing. I was told that the events were held on Tuesdays "Tap it Tuesday". I get no updates until 2 days before the event that is on a Friday. you send out the information for where and when the event will be and I can no longer go. I feel lied to and that is not what I signed up for. Its disappointing you have a really great idea and it is unbelievably poorly executed.
Wow, the customer service is better than the shirts!! I accidentally picked two of the same shirts in a double box for the month and they immediately sent out a replacement after the shirts had arrived and I realized what I had done. Cannot recommend them enough, gonna stay with this subscription box as long as they are around :)

I am very impressed by the quality and designs of the silk screen prints. Top shelf shirts too. I love that you can pick your shirt each month. Last, support. It's something lost in this world, but not here. Over the top to make a customer happy. I will not be cancelling this subscription for a long time. Thanks
