They come on strong with big ideas. Poor results & terrible communication. Charged me $10,000 for a unique classy website. They never understood concept of my business. I had $2500 Deposit. I recd Single Coming Soon page. No ECommerce as per scope. I supplied all photos & verbiage. We had Zoom meeting to to dailies misunderstandings and (business developer, Kimberly was in car driving for full 30 min meeting) gave them a week to come up with usable strategies. Alex emailed...WYSIWUG ( what you see is what you get) I terminated my my contract and they came up with 100+ hrs at $65 hr. I will need legal action to continue communicating with them.
