Just Right Carpet cleaning left me stranded. Scheduled an appointment to have my apartment cleaned on move-out day. They did not show. Since my appointment was at 3pm I couldn't schedule another company. Owner ignored my texts and calls. My friend called from another number and he answered right away. Promised to come first thing the following morning to make it right. Of course, that morning he made an excuse about it being on the second floor & didn't show that day either. Do NOT call them if you are on a deadline. They are not trustworthy, respectful, or dependable.

Great service, and great customer relations! They worked with me when we were having issues getting them access to my rented house (landlord was not helping at all), and they were really helpful and did a professional job without charging me any extra for all the extra work they had to do just to get in my house.

I would definitely recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs. I scheduled my appointment 2 days in advance. This is pretty much impossible with the larger companies. Already too good to be true, so I just knew that on the day of my appointment, Trenton was either not going to show or was going to be late. Therefore, I planned to show up at my house right on time. I was wrong. I received a call ahead stating when Trenton would arrive....EARLY. I cut my pedicure short and rushed home. He was very professional and did a great job with my carpet. Forgot to mention that his price was about $70 less than the larger companies.
