I just wonder why theres no button to press and give a zero star to guy. Paid him in full even before the event. And didnt get all we wanted. We stressed to this guy that the clouds effect was the most important thing he should provide. On the day of our event, during our first dance, we kept on waiting for the fog effect but to no avail. Meanwhile he didnt have the equipment needed for it and didnt even make mention of it to us. At least we wouldnt have been as frustrated and distracted during the dance. Instead the coordinator was the one who said he had told her about it. Even after this, he didnt call us to apologize nor give us a refund. We struggled to call him but he was even responsive not until when we made mention of suing him then he finally emailed to say he would call us. Although he sent a refund, Up to this moment, he hasnt called to apologize. I would not recommend. This is unprofessional. Wedding is a one time thing, and thinking about that incident for life is no good. I infect still feel like going ahead to Sue him.

DJ FM is amazing! He has been our DJ for our company Christmas party for many years. There were a few years where DJ FM was booked and we had to hire someone else and the parties were not the same. We book a year in advance now to make sure we get him. He engages the party, can read the crowd with his music and everyone is sure to have a great time.

Charles put a lot of effort into securing the locations we want, sharing our vision with the many vendors, keeping us on track (for months and the day of), and ensuring that the logistics went off without a hitch. They do miracles every day. His staff oversees the budget and communicates openly with our family, vendors, and venue expenses. There were no unexpected events at any point. Even if we only get married once, FM Event Productions will be our go-to company for many future events.
