We used Mike Ladds company for several projects on the South Shore and have been extremely happy with his work and responsiveness! I have used Laddys carpentry services twice now. Both times the team was on time and professional. Most recently they needed to do some assessment of potential unseen damage and they were honest in their assessment. They did not find something wrong just to increase their fees. The 2 men who worked on my house went above and beyond. They got permission from my neighbor to park their truck. They also closed my car windows for me when the lawn service started mowing. They took care not to upset baby birds living in a tree that will need to come down and relocated a nest in the gutter. Little things mean a lot. And they did a great job with the assigned work. I highly recommend Mike And his team.
