I absolutely LOVE how our carpets turned out and our tile floor! Our carpets were old and we were debating whether to get new carpet but thought we'd give this a try. They look AMAZING and the guys who did it were very nice and fast. We had them come back to do our tile in our kitchen which had dark brown dirty grout and now looks new. They couldn't get it all under the cabinets as their wand was too big but I will do that by hand. The reason for my 3 stars is the lack of flexibility in scheduling and the dispatcher's demeanor. I called out of courtesy the day of to say my husband got called out and I could not get home until 3:45 (3:00-5:00 window given). She said they were running ahead of schedule and could not wait until 3:45. She advised me to 'play it by ear' but if they came and went I would be charged a service fee! No thank you! So we recheduled for Saturday 9-11 window. I got a confirmation of 9-11 but then they changed to 8:00. When I told them we agreed on 9-11 she insisted it was a communication error and they had someone else at that time. I showed her a picture of the confirmation and she still insisted it was 8:00. Just own up when you have double booked! It happens. We had to get a kid to practice so luckily they didn't show til later. I was very close to taking my business elsewhere and not sure if I will use them again just from this interaction.
Mr. Marini, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your service yesterday. As I am sure you can see by the numerous other reviews here we pride ourselves in customer care and satisfaction. If there is ever an issue we are happy to come back out. I offered this to you this morning when I called you and you declined saying, "It is not worth my time". Unfortunately sometimes things can be missed and we are always happy to revisit these areas if needed.

Thought service was over priced and technician was sloppy. did not even move a small box instead cleaned the carpet around it. would NOT Recommend this service.

I love my carpretc leaning! When I called the company the lady was really nice and explained a lot of stuff to me. I was able to receive an appointment quickly. The technician did a great job, it was done quickly, he was very courteous and professional. Thank you Floor Pro!

Floor Pro really delivered on their services! The Service Tech, Shamond did and excellent job cleaning the carpet and furniture! We are pleased and happy with the outcome. Shamond was punctual, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, reviewed the services that we had requested to have cleaned; and then he got busy! Jane, Thank you for your review! If spots are permanent, they will lighten up with a professional cleaning, but will not go away completely. It all depends on what the stain is, how long its been there, and what has been used to treat it. Oftentimes, carpet spots can wick back or re-appear after drying. While not uncommon, we do offer a complimentary service to come out and re-treat those areas for you at no charge. The young men who cleaned our carpet were courteous and explained everything in detail. However, after the carpet dried, the stains appeared again. I knew a few stains might be questionable, but most of them did not come out as expected.
