Clean and friendly. Cupcakes are okay depending on the flavors. Pumpkin gf cupcake is good and kids liked the strawberry cupcake. Tried 6 other flavors and they were either dry or blech. Not a fan of their frosting since its too sweet. Chocolate and vanilla cupcakes are deathly dry. Must have milk nearby or you will choke to death. These are the words of my kids. Lol

Patrick, we apologize for the inconsistencies. Our primary focus is quality over quantity. Our staffing situation (all of three people) has immensely restricted our ability to take on as many cakes as we used to :(. Sorry to see the 2 star review based on a single aspect of our business rather than the quality we provide as a whole. Hopefully, we will be able to take on more cake orders soon.

Ok if you want cupcakes, but good luck getting a cake ordered. I will call days and sometimes 2 weeks in advance to order a cake and they always say they are "all booked up." Not sure what sort of time frame this place needs to make a cake for someone. Very frustrating, probably shouldn't even offer it as a service. EDIT: Dropped review to 1 star based on owner response. When I called, if I was told they were short staffed, I would not have left a review. When I asked about a cake order, the person on the phone simply said, "We are booked up." and then got quiet, and I said "how much notice do you need for a cake?" Their response, "I don't know." I said, "Ok" and they hung up. The single aspect of your business is to provide cupcakes and cakes...and maybe good customer service occasionally. I 100% understand short staffing during these times, what I don't appreciate is a lack of communication from the working employees, or a passive aggressive response from the owner talking about quality, when customers are not even able to receive a product from them to judge the quality. This would also be different if it were the first time they "didn't have cake orders available" pre- pandemic and now.

I stopped by on short notice today and purchased all the cupcakes that they had ready. Around 530 cupcakes! This was to treat the employees at Saint Joseph Hospital. The team at Gigi's was super friendly and got the order together within a matter of a few minutes! They also helped load all of them in the car and secured them all. What a great experience and not to mention how amazing the cupcakes were! Thanks so much! Highly recommend!
