Can't get a pool key, because the office is closed and they don't return phone calls. Update***** Nobody answers that phone number.... The worst association ever.

website is ok I am very disappointed with the Association because we pay dues but it's not beneficial to us as homeowners. I have to do my own yardwork/landscaping. Rules are not being enforced as far as people keeping up their properties.... The money that I pay in dues could have gone to my mortgage or some other bill!!!!!

After a particularly nasty thunderstorm, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling of our home, after some inspection, saw where the roof was leaking - I got on the phone to Kaitlyn Hebert, part of our management team, and she was able to arrange a roofer to come out within a day! Literally one call, and my roof was fixed, with no searching for vendors on my part. Fantastic, timely service, and my compliments to Kaitlyn. Thank you!

Their customer service falls short. You call and a voice message says because of COVID 19 their lobby is not open and to leave a message and they will respond in 1 business day. Doesn't happen. And using COVID not to have office staffed? Any answer will be appreciated. And Burton Run needs to have a community meeting. Please schedule one. Deborah Gill Burton Run High Point.June 10 2022. Also have been waiting since 5/17 for a check to clear and my account credited.
