Dated 12.19 credit received. Thanks 1star was for no refund/call back to the follow up voice messages left at the salon and the worse service that i received from Alison. Although I loved the work of Lindsey and Ivy as said before. All my good wishes to them, they both are lovely people and so is Dana. I didn't mean to be rude. But it was a great set back and i haven't had such experience before in my life. Dated 11.19 the transaction happened on 24september and the money has not been refunded. Checked with credit card company too. Very sad with it :( felt cheated still am! Well...i have raised a dispute. If you say you have refunded. It would get cleared soon right? If not then i was CHEATED. I will share an update for people who are reading my reviews to understand REFINERY HAIR SALON services, policies and the transparency they keep with their customers. Dated 10.19 So the next appointment happened with lots of disappointments. Couldn't connect to their number as it keeps going to the voice message. So had to settle for a new artist. Alison did a really BAD job at my hair. I asked for toning, she coloured them dark brown. So all my beautiful highlights from previous time were gone and then she charged me a good 115 dollars for that service.it was a NIGHTMARE. I walked in next week Lindsay was good to hear me, help me with a correction said there would be a refund for the incorrect charges. Refund never happened. Dialed multiple times at the salon there is no call back! It goes to voice mail. So the money is gone with me having sour memories of the place. I am taking down my 5star review to 1.i don't recommend the place to anyone. Dated 07.19 Absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments for the hair colour from my colleagues and friends. Ivy did a wonderful job and she was lovely to talk to. Looking forward to my next appointment

We refunded the original cost of the service and scheduled you with another stylist right away. That service was also comped. Three weeks after that service, your toner faded, and you hated your hair again. Kelly and Kat are both master color artists, and two of the most talented stylists we have ever had on the team. Silver highlights require a lot of maintenance, like getting a toner every three-four weeks. We are extremely sorry that you were unhappy with your services here, but we appreciate constructive criticism, because thats how we grow. We wish you nothing but the best, and that you find a salon that meets your expectations.

The worst experience in my life! Im 62 years old and had salt and pepper hair that I grew out for 7 years . I wanted silver highlights added. I walked out with caramel streaked hair! They tried to fix it but it made it worse. Kelly lacked the experience needed. I cant ever get my healthy thick hair back, and it will take a lot of time and money to correct it. I was charged $650!! which they later refunded. But they destroyed my hair!
So psyched about my highlights! Becky did a great job and exactly what I was looking for. The salon has a great vibe and everyone was so nice. Will definitely be returning.
My son had an appointment here. Starting with the booking process which was easy and went quick(I booked online). When he arrived things went smoothly and considering the restrictions with covid-19 that was less to worry about. They met him at the door and took his temperature and gave him some hand sanitizer. His appointment with Jason went very well and he will be going back there. Thanks guys!

We will give you a call tomorrow to get a refund started for the service. I do apologize about the lack of accommodation. Your stylist was having health issues and needed to move the appointment. Stylists had to cancel 1st appt, not accommodating for reschedule. Color too light, needed toner, again wouldn't a complete schedule, have to fly home and pay another stylist to fix this ...snippy
