Buyers beware if you are a busy business person be cautious about using this company. The owner no knowing about customer service other than running a small business getting you to pay for your services up front and if you have any issues he basically telling you to screw off.

I have used Effusion to design two book covers. I recommend them without hesitation and with no reservation. They are a great team of graphics professionals and they do excellent work. Not only is the work of the highest quality but they responded all request I made for changes immediately. What I appreciated above all else was their willingness to work with me in setting numerous graphic changes I had in mind. They accommodated each situation with numerous suggestions to bring out the best design possible. If you are looking for the best Effusion should be your first and last stop.

As a first time author, I felt honored when the Commonwealth of Kentucky invited me to present my book at their 2017 Book Fair. Initially excited about the fantastic opportunity, a stark reality quickly set in - there appeared to be insufficient time to turn my manuscript into a book. I needed to create an innovative, eye-catching book cover and interior layout and design that would provide the stop in your tracks and look at me effect required for a book to be successful. To complicate matters, a website, advertising designs, and business cards were also required if I ever hoped to leverage the publicity generated in Kentucky to launch the book. These well-grounded concerns forced me into a sudden realization that I desperately needed professional help to be successful, but I was unsure of where to find it or whom to trust. Then, I met the Effusion Creative Solutions Team, one of my finest professional and personal experiences of 2017. While you are reading the review comments of other Effusion clients here on Goggle or numerous other venues as part of your due diligence, you may see recurring themes that describe the companys design expertise using words such as innovative, creative, eye-catching, distinctive, etc. in my experience, all true. You will also see comments about how the Effusion folks treat their clients excellent customer service, highly professional, good listeners, extremely responsive, we could not have been happier, and a pleasure to work with again, all ring true. The work that Effusion did for me was beyond doubt exceptional. I declare that, based on not only my opinion but also that of my customers and peers. During Kentuckys Book Fair, the book received countless comments from customers and other authors about the great-looking cover and how attractive and nicely laid out the books interior appears. I had visitors (not even remotely interested in angling history and unlikely to buy the book) stop by the signing desk only because they wanted to check out the cover. In addition, the new website functions as it should and it beautifully represents my brand. What I initially considered a small thing, the business card, evolved into a big thing. When I present it to people the most common response is Wow, who did this for you! To top it all off, I believe Effusion's services are fairly priced in the end, a bargain. As a past client (and most likely a future one), I can assure you the Effusion team will exceed your high expectations.
