I came in for the haircut with a reference photo which was only looked at for 2 seconds at the beginning of a 45 minute haircut. The haircut I got was nothing like the style or length of the photo at all. The end result did not look bad it was just in no world the haircut I requested. Additionally my appointment had to be pushed back without any reason given.
She was very nice. It does look more even than it did before, but I wanted silver and came out with dirty blonde. She stayed longer and didnt charge me extra to try to fix it when the toner twice over did nothing. So she dyed it to try to make it look silver. I came in with bluish tinted hair from my last silver style from a different salon as a reference. They missed some spots to bleach but I guess she didnt think she needed to bleach those spots??? A little confused about that. I'm completely unsatisfied. Trying to be as transparent as possible. 2 stars because she was really nice and tried. Edit to one star because I woke up and in the daylight, it's uneven and I hate it.
Ive had two appointments so far, both with different girls, and both i thoroughly enjoyed my experience. They are very knowledgeable and educating when asked questions. I like that they ask you when you come in if you prefer a quieter experience or talkative one which is great to me. The reason why i decided to leave a review today is because i had to reschedule 2 days before my appointment due to a funeral; and they were more than accommodating to me. I would highly recommend coming to salon 6!
I have had been there once and the stylist Andrew did a conditioning treatment of my hair. He took a long time doing it and struck me as a perfectionist. I was supposed to go again this week for a perm, but the appointment was cancelled because of weather. He's coming in an extra day next week so that I don't have to wait.
