Bought a 2020 Disco, roof is already leaking causing all the interior lights to go on and off randomly making it difficult to drive at night. When I called to get it repaired they couldnt get my vehicle in until late February regardless of the situation. I wont be doing any future business from this dealership. They fixed the windshield because it was leaking. Brought it in for the next oil change mentioned the climate controlled front driver was LOUD they checked and said it was normal did nothing and its still LOUD passenger is fine ??

Service technician is way more competent than the ones I dealt with in San Antonio, TX!! Service department overall could use some improvements though, why have me schedule a service appointment 4 weeks out but then still keep my vehicle for 3 days before even getting it into the garage?

Love this dealership ... the staff is so friendly that everytime you go in for service you get treated like family ... I would rather drive the extra miles for the right service ... wish I could say the same about Lehi... all land rover staff is amazing ... Jaguar staff seem more reserved and not so friendly tho ... if we decide to get another new rover we will definitely bring our business back to downtown slc land rover ...
Ken Garff has spent a lot of money over the last few years on their 'We Hear You' campaign, to counter their terrible reality of not listening whatsoever to their existing or prospective customers. It's quite the oxymoron, because what they fail to do is listen. Their billboards are fake news all day, everyday. I'm giving this particular dealership a single star, since their product is incredible, but at no credit to themselves (thank you, Solihull factory team!). This dealer struggles in many ways, but at the top of the list is communication. I recently made an offer on an overpriced piece of inventory. My offer was in line with what has been paid for that same unit and then some. No text, call, or email returned. They'd rather have aging inventory than negotiate. They believe that a luxury brand should act pompous and childish, which, if they knew their actual buyers, would change that narrative because we are repulsed by people who think they are of greater worth. Sadly, this isn't the first time, nor the only Ken Garff dealership to earn this tragic award. It's in their DNA. I was so sad to see Centerville sell to them a few years ago, because their culture and approach was different. We now purchase Land Rover out of state, and I encourage you to do the same.
